Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Amenya Journée, LLC ("we," "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Amenya Journée website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Coaching vs. Therapy Please read this section carefully. Amenya Journée, LLC provides spiritual coaching, educational consulting, and mentorship services ("The Royal Restoration Journey").

  • Not Medical Advice: While the founder holds a Master of Science in Psychology, the services provided through this website are COACHING and MINISTRY services only. They are not clinical therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.

​

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of this website or purchasing a coaching package does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-patient relationship.

​

  • Emergency: If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or suicidal ideation, please call 911 or call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

3. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”)—including "The Journey to Blyss" curriculum and the "Love" album—and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Representations By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

5. Purchases and Payment We accept various forms of payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

​

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content (e-books, audio downloads), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

​

  • Coaching Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a forfeiture of the session fee. Refunds for coaching packages are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific Coaching Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of New York. Amenya Journée, LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
